Leader Circles with Climate Change Coaches
Climate Change Coaches will host action-oriented Leader Circles. These are facilitated mastermind groups designed for leaders navigating the challenges of climate leadership and green-hushing. Using a carefully designed coaching framework, the programme balances structure with open discussion, allowing you to explore real challenges from your own organisations and experiences. Climate Change Coaches specialise in climate leadership and are a certified B Corporation, for whom research is a core part of how they work. As in all expert coaching environments, the circles combine reflection with accountability, ensuring that learning translates into meaningful progress between sessions.
Storytelling for climate leaders with Dr. Josh Ettinger, former Hollywood screenwriter
You will participate in a Hollywood storytelling workshop and learn about the narrative tools used in film and television to captivate audiences. You’ll practice turning your personal journey and professional work into powerful stories that enhance your communications, grow your influence, and position you as a climate leader in your field.
Public engagement with Climate Outreach
Climate Outreach will host an evidence-based public engagement programme exploring how to engage audiences not typically associated with the environmental movement. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you will develop the skills to communicate about climate in ways that feel authentic, build trust, and foster meaningful dialogue. The workshop is designed to help you strengthen connections with your audience, contribute to lasting cultural change, and lead climate conversations with clarity and confidence in your field.

Research collaboration
We welcome collaboration with students and postdoctoral researchers exploring climate leadership. If you are interested, please email us a brief proposal outlining your institutional affiliation, funding situation, and whether your research is at the proposal stage or already underway.
Please note that we do not currently offer funding, so collaborators will need to secure their own financial support.
We are open to a range of collaboration formats, including student visitors and research visitors, and are happy to explore other arrangements that align with our work.
